Nivea and Mila Victoria Yoga
are happy to introduce you the new Magnesium Dry deodorants.
Why not try the efficiency of this new product while flowing on some good music to start your day in a good mood ?
I have been practicing yoga for 7 years now and it has become essential in my daily routine in order to feel good in my head and in my body. To stay balanced and in harmony, I also practice yoga off my mat, in my everyday life, in my habits, through a healthy diet but also by using products that are aligned with my values. Always eager to find natural alternatives for products I use in my daily life, I find the new Magnesium Dry deodorants to be a perfect match because they combine efficient protection against sweat and a natural composition that respects my body.

-
I have been practicing yoga since 2014 and teaching it since 2017. I want to pass on what I have been taught and what has helped me out during a very difficult time.
-
Yoga helps me reconnect with my body, manage my emotions, and calm my mind. I try to teach accessible yoga with a lot of softness, tolerance and resilience where the journey is more important than the final posture.
Frequently Asked Questions
What do I need ?
A yoga mat and yourself. It is better to practice on an empty stomach or to have at least 2 hours of digestion after a light breakfast. Your body will need energy and if all its energy goes to digestion, you will feel a bit more tired.
I don't have time
This video was made for busy bees. It's only 30 minutes and it can easily fit into anyone's schedule. It is going to give you more energy, increase your focus and efficiency, lower your stress and boost your mood for the rest of your day ! Isn't this a good excuse to take 30 minutes for yourself ?
When is the best time do practice this video ?
I would suggest to do it in the morning (before breakfast) to start your day off right, during a break right before lunch or after an energy consuming day. I recommend to do it at least 2 hours before going to bed in order to have the time to slow down your body and brain to have a good night of sleep. I usually recommend dynamic classes during the day (before 6pm) and gentle classes in the evening.
Which kind of yoga do you teach ?
I teach Vinyasa Yoga. Vinyasa means : connection the breath with movement. Therefor we also call it Flow. It is a quite dynamic type of yoga as we move with our breath, but I do my best to make it accessible to any levels. I do teach different kinds of classes (gentle flow, yin yoga, etc) but this vidéo is a light dynamic flow.
What should I expect from a yoga class ?
Everyone comes with different expectation. The best is to let go of any expectation and focus more on the intention you are putting while taking the class. People always come with something in mind and leave with something completely different. Expectations usually create deception and frustration while in intention can help you to keep a goal and do your best to stick to it.
I have never practiced yoga before
It's okay, this class is accessible and does not require a lot of experience nor a huge flexibility.
Do what you can with what you have here and now. Be gentle with yourself, always !
I have an injury
My rule number one is to listen to your own body with its limitations. We all have different bodies, different anatomies.
If you have an important injury (old or new), ask your doctor for medical advice.
Try to dissociate discomfort and pain. Yoga should never be painful but it can be very uncomfortable. If it is painful, come out of the posture and maybe modify it. If it is uncomfortable, try to find comfort in your discomfort.
I am pregnant
Ask your doctor. Every pregnancy is different.
If you are familiar with yoga, I usually advice yogis to continue their practice without changing much. Be careful with twists and try to avoid deep twists.
